September Update

Dear Policyholder,

I thought you would want to know that Norwich Union has begun to send out to all policyholders formal notification of the agreement announced on 30 July of the reattribution.

The letters and leaflet attached to this note give broad outlines of the main points and an outline timetable. Clare's letter repeats some information about the pre-reattribution special bonus and the reattribution itself. While this will be familiar territory for some policyholders, market testing has shown that there remains uncertainty in the difference between the two items for many others.

We will keep you up to date on progress.
